I love Electrolux appliances.  They are innovative and stylish at the same time.  The Wave-Touch feature is my favorite part - with one touch the control panel activates, showing all the cooking options.  After making a selection, all but the options selected will fade away, returning to an elegant display.

I never realized that this type of oven existed but what a great idea!  This oven allows one to steam large amounts of food at once in an easy to use appliance.  I would love to have one of these in a future kitchen.
