1. Onyx - "Vulcan" slab or tile
Onyx is a translucent type of marble formed only in caves. Generally categorized as re-crystallized limestone.

I love the look of this piece of Onyx. The unique pattern and colors make it ideal for a grand kitchen countertop.
2. Marble - "Dynasty Brown" tile
Marble is similar to Onyx in that it is also geologically categorized as re-crystallized limestone. It is sensitive to acidic foods and cleaners so an impregnating sealer is recommended to prevent staining.

Whenever I think of marble, I typically imagine a large smooth white slab in a baker's kitchen or smooth white statues like Michelangelo's David. I did not realize marble came in this many colors and variations. I like this beautiful dark brown color and since it comes in tiles, it might be a good choice for a floor.
3. Slate/Quartzite - "Honey Tan" tile
Slate is the most affordable of natural stones, and is ideal for both modern and traditional designs, inside and outside.

The color of these tiles is bright and earthy, which is why I like them so much. They would work well as floor tiles in an entry way or maybe even a fireplace surround.
4. Concetto by CaesarStone - "Brown Agate"
I'm not exactly sure what Concetto is but what I know for sure is that it's stunning. The description from the website states,

A harmonious blend of art, nature, and technology Concetto is created by fusing nature's hues and designs with individually cut semi-precious stones to form the ultimate luxury stone surface...

I love the look of these semi-precious stone pieces. I could see them as kitchen countertops, vanities, furniture pieces, fireplace surrounds - in both commercial and residential spaces.
